Generally, CATUG will respond within thirty days.
If you are dissatisfied with the response from CATUG, particularly if CATUG’s handling of your personal information has harmed your legitimate rights and interests, you may also seek resolution through the following external means: you may apply to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration under its arbitration rules then in effect. Any such dispute or claim shall be resolved individually and shall not be joined with any dispute or claim of any other party in any arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in Shanghai, China.
