Product Overview

EGFP mRNA is an enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) encoded mRNA sequence, which can express EGFP protein in cells, organoids, or in vivo. EGFP was originally derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria, is a widely used reporter gene for direct fluorescence detection in cell culture and in vivo imaging. It produces bright green fluorescence with maximum excitation at 488 nm and emission at 509 nm.

Applications

• Positive Control for mRNA Transfection: Validating transfection efficiency and system performance.

• Delivery System Screening: Assessing nanoparticle/mRNA formulation efficacy in delivery applications.

CATUG® CatPure™ EGFP mRNA

• Sequence optimized and selected for high expression.

• Oligo-dT purification ensures high quality and purity.

• Carefully controlled processes to minimize batch-to-batch variation.

*For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
