Suzhou, China – June 5, 2026 — CATUG Biotechnology, a leading technology-driven CRDMO platform specializing in nucleic acid and advanced therapeutics, marked its 5th anniversary with a dynamic full-day event that brought together nearly 100 industry experts, strategic partners, and ecosystem collaborators.
The celebration highlighted CATUG’s rapid growth since its founding in 2021 into a global enabler of next-generation therapies, offering integrated capabilities across plasmid DNA, mRNA, LNP/tLNP delivery systems, protein/nanobody manufacturing, analytical development, and GMP production.
The day opened with the "YaoWeiLai CGT Forum", featuring insightful presentations and panel discussions on key frontiers including in vivo cell therapy, universal TIL therapies, CAR-T innovation, mRNA-enabled technologies, and nonclinical evaluation strategies. Participants explored practical pathways to translate cutting-edge science into scalable, clinically impactful therapies.
In the afternoon, a closed-door session focused on nucleic acid drug development and industrialization addressed critical topics such as CMC strategy, GMP manufacturing, QA systems, enzyme raw materials, and emerging circRNA platforms.
Attendees also toured CATUG’s state-of-the-art mRNA-LNP Innovation Center and GMP manufacturing facility in Suzhou, gaining firsthand insight into the company’s end-to-end capabilities — from plasmid production and IVT mRNA manufacturing to LNP formulation, QC testing, sterile filling, and lyophilization.
“This milestone is not only a celebration of CATUG’s journey over the past five years but also a powerful moment to look ahead,” said CATUG leadership. “We are deeply grateful to our speakers, partners, and guests for their continued collaboration. Together, we will keep pushing the boundaries of nucleic acid and cell & gene therapies to deliver transformative solutions for patients worldwide.”
The event underscored CATUG’s commitment to its core values — Focus, First, Fast, and Flexible — as it continues to expand its international footprint and support global innovators in bringing advanced therapeutics from discovery to commercialization.
